2018 Development of the Audio Visual Media on Subtheme the Beautiful of Cultural Diversity in My Country to Increase Cognitive Ability in Primary School Students
This study aims to describe the feasibility, practicality and effectiveness of audio visual media to increase cognitive ability in grade 4 students of Primary School. This research was done at SDN Saronggi I, Saronggi Subdistrict, Sumenep Regency with the subject of research is 20 students of class IV of academic year 2017/2018. The type of this research is the development research using a 4-D models of Thiagarajan (1974) who developed the device along with the audio-visual media, lesson plan, and achievement test (cognitive) in the form of research design pretest-posttest control group design. The data of the research are to describe the feasibility, the practicality and the effectiveness of audio visual media to increase cognitive ability in grade IV of primary school students. The description of the feasibility of audio-visual media is the criteria for determining whether the quality of the product is unfit for use or not. Where the instrument of the feasibility uses a validation sheet. Description of the practicality of audio visual media is an evaluation tool that gives more emphasis on the level of efficiency and effectiveness of evaluation tools. This description of practicality uses a student response questionnaire and the implementation of the lesson plan. While the description of the effectiveness of audio visual media is a measure that states how far the target (quantity, quality and time) has been achieved. Where the greater the percentage of targets achieved, the higher the effectiveness. This description is achieved from the observation sheet of teacher activity and student activity. 2018 The Application of Inquiry Learning to Increase The Activity and Critical Thinking Skill
This research aims to describe the application of inquiry learning by utilizing the environment to increase the activity and critical thinking skill of the students in the fourth-grade social sciences lesson at SDN Bangkingan II/442 Surabaya. This research is a classroom action research using a procedure belonging to Kemmis and Taggart. The study consisted of three cycles, each cycle consists of four stages: planning, execution, observation, and reflection. The subject of this study is the fourth-grade students SDN Bangkingan II/442. Data collection techniques in this study using observation sheets and test students critical thinking skills. As for the results of the study research include student activity at the end of the cycle is 82, 82% and result of critical thinking skill of student 80, 43%, it can be concluded that the application of inquiry learning by utilizing the environment can increase the activity and critical thinking skill of students on social sciences in the fourth grade at SDN Bangkingan II/442 Surabaya.

2018 Enculturation of Character Education Through Transforming School Cultural Values at Elementary School in Indonesia
Character education values can be integrated not only when learning in class, but also in school culture. Some teachers do not integrate these character education values in school culture. The purpose of this study was to find out about the transformation of school cultural values in character education in Indonesian elementary schools. The purpose of this study was to reveal the important outlines of the transformation of school cultural values in the management of: a) curriculum and learning, b) students, c) teachers and school practitioners to realize character education. This research is a qualitative research that uses a case study design and a phenomenological approach. The research subjects were chosen purposively with certain considerations. The subjects of this study were principals, teachers, education consultants, and elementary school students in Indonesia. The results of the analysis revealed several civilizing character education values such as religious values, discipline, nationalism, respect for achievement, and caring for the environment, which has been formed and integrated systematically and persistently in curriculum management, students, teachers, and educational consultants to create school citizens who emotionally, socially, and spiritually intelligent based on school culture.

2018 The Implementation of STAD Combined with Dartboard to Increase Students’ Learning Outcomes and Cooperation
This Study based on fact that students’ ability in social studies at fifth grade is low. The aims of this study are to describe the implementation of Students’ Team Achievement Division model combines with dartboard to increase students’ learning outcomes and cooperation in economic activity at the fifth grade of elementary school. This study is classroom action research. This study contains two cycles. Each cycle contains four steps, there are a) planning, b) action, c) observing, and d) reflection. Data collection techniques are observation, test, and checklist. An instrument that used in this study is observation sheet, paper test, and checklist sheet. The data analysis is qualitative and quantitative. The result of this study shows that most of the student can reach the standard score. The cooperation level between students at this cycle is good. And the students’ response are positive.

2018 The Implementation of School Operational Assistance Program Policy at Primary School Levels
The primary school fund of School Operational Assistance in Sampang in 2018 that has been managed in various way is Rp. 55,347,200,000. The purpose of this resarch is to describe the interpretation process, organization, and application of School Operational Assistance program policies by using qualitative research approach with a case study design. Data collection technique used by the researcher are interviews, observation, and documentation. Research data analysis with condensation data, presentation, and conclusion. In checking the validity data, the researchers use the credibility data with triangulation method and triangulation sources, transferability, dependability, and conformability.

2018 Implementation of Problem Based Learning to Improve the Critical and Creative Thinking Skills
This is a class action research that aims to improve students' critical and creative thinking skills through the application of problem-based learning model on fourth-grade students of SDN Gayungan I/422 Surabaya. This study was conducted during two learning cycles. The subjects of the study were the fourth-grade students of SDN Gayungan I/422 Surabaya in the second semester of the academic year 2017/2018. Data collection techniques used in the research are observation and test. Data analysis used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The finding indicates that the use of problem-based learning model can improve critical thinking and creative skills of fourth grades in social studies lesson. The results of this research include (1) students' critical thinking skill by 71% in cycle I, 83% in cycle II;(2) students' creative thinking skill by 71% in cycle I, 83% in cycle II. Based on the results of the study can be concluded that the application of problem-based learning model can improve students' critical and creative thinking skills in social studies subject of the fourth grade of SDN Gayungan I/422 Surabaya.

2018 Analisis Kinerja Pamong Belajar Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Kota Kediri
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganilisis Kinerja Pamong Belajar yang berada di SKB Kota Kediri, analisis ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan penilain langsung dari pihak SKB dengan analisis dari observasi yang dilakukan peneliti terhadap kegiatan-kegiatan yang dijalankan SKB Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, subjek penelitian ini adalah Kepala SKB Kota Kediri, Pamong Belajar SKB Kota Kediri, Kasubag TU SKB Kota Kediri, warga belajar Kesetaraan Kejar Paket C. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara. Peneliti merupakan instrumen utama penelitian dengan dibantu pedoman wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah display data, reduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik trianggulasi yang dilakukan untuk menjelaskan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan trianggulasi tersebut. Hasil penelitian dengan tujuh indikator menunjukkan;(1) loyalitas pamong belajar berimbang (2) semangat kerja pamong belajar tinggi (3) kepemimpinan pamong belajar baik (4) kerjasama saling menyokong diantara pamong SKB Kota Kediri (5) prakarsa kebermanfaatannya pamong sangat tinggi (6) tanggung jawab pamong belajar menuntut program-program yang telah disusun dan dilaksanakan (7) pencapaian pamong belajar kejar paket C, Majelis Taklim, dan PAUD. Program-program tidak maksimal disebabkan usia pamong belajar yang rata-rata mendekati usia pensiun. Mobilitas pamong belajar berbeda-beda memengaruhi kualitas, kemaksimalan pekerjaan. Kuantitas pamong belajar di SKB sangat minim, Pekerjaan yang dikerjakan menjadi ekstra keras dan kerjasama antar stakeholder.

2018 The Role of Principal Leadership to Improve Teacher Performance in Islamic Elementary School
The purposes of this study were for 1) the role of principal in an effort to improve school achievement; 2) teacher performance; 3) principal effort to improve school performance. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study design. The results show that 1) the leadership role of the principal has met the EMASLIM standard which has been proven from interviews, observations and documentation, 2) the performance of teachers already meet the existing law and teachers prefer the process to get quality results, and 3) the principal has sought all activities that support the effort to improve the performance of teachers, either by attending seminars, workshops, teacher training and evaluation.

2018 Local Wisdom of Samin Community: Core Values to Building Character
The phenomenon happens more and more and it affects people's behavior which resulted to been being far from the roots of the tradition and local wisdom. It certainly raises the concerns about the erosion of values of national character, such as a culture of mutual cooperation. The Samin community in East Java with the basic principles of honesty, solidarity, and simplicity are still growing, with a simple lifestyle, hardworking, diligent prayer, fasting, and charity to others. These values into its own power deals with conflict or violence because of the philosophy that does not want to hurt others. The values that developed in Samin community could become the core values or basic values to shape the character. The character as an individual identity is the picture of quality that determines an individual to be recognized as a unique person and distinguishes from others.

2018 Penggunaan Variasi Bahasa Dalam Khotbah Salat Jumat Berdasarkan Stratifikasi Sosial Jamaah Di Masjid-Masjid Wilayah Provinsi Jawa Timur: Suatu Kajian Sosiolinguistik
Ringkasan Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengkaji faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penggunaan variasi bahasa dalam wacana khotbah salat Jumat di masjid-masjid Wilayah Provinsi Jawa Timur dan (2) mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk variasi bahasa dalam khotbah salat Jumat berdasarkan stratifikasi sosial jamaah di masjid-masjid Wilayah Provinsi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan setting apa adanya (natural setting) yang pada dasamya mendeskripsikan secara kualitatif dalam bentuk kata- kata dan angka-angka hanya digunakan untuk memperkuat data. Objek penelitian ini wacana lisan khotbah salat Jumat di masjid-masjid Wilayah Provinsi Jawa Timur yang terdiri atas Wilayah Madiun, Jombang, Surabaya, Bangkalan, dan Jember. Teknik penarikan sampelyang digunakan adalah purposive sample. Setiap wilayah kota/kabupaten diambil satumasjid pada waktu salat Jumat. Telcnik/metode pengumpulan datanya mcnggunakan teknikrekam dan teknik catat. Selain itu, teknik wawancara bebas juga dilakukan kepada 10 jamaahsalat Jumat pada setiap masjid. Jadi, jumlah informan scbayak 100 orang jamaah. Metode pengumpulan data Simak Bebas Libat Cakap juga digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data-datatersebut diklasifikasikan, dianalisis, kemudian disimpulkan. Hasil penelitian membuktikanbahwa wacana kotbah salat Jumat di masjid-masjid di wilayah Propinsi Jawa Timur menggunakan ragam bahasa campuran, yaitu bahasa Indonesia, bahasa Jawa, dan Bahasa Arab.
