2019 Fingerprint-based Presence Application for Children with Disabilities
The development of fingerprint-based presence applications for children with disabilities aims to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of institutions in managing the system of attendance or presence. The development of a fingerprint-based presence application for children with disabilities uses a procedural model development research design. The research design of the development of procedural models is a descriptive qualitative research design that uses steps that must be followed to produce a product. The procedural development model must include several stages so that the resulting product can be developed optimally. The steps taken in the procedural method are preliminary study, development, and testing. The results of this product development provide several implications, namely the development of science and technology, managers of institutions or organizations and also for children with disabilities. First, the implications for the development of science and technology. Second, the implications for managers of institutions or organizations. Third, the implications for children with disabilities themselves.

2019 E-Counseling for Children with Disabilities
E-counseling for children with disabilities aims to provide services or facilitate children with special needs or children with disabilities to be able to communicate the problems faced in their environment. This e-counseling was developed through the establishment of a website that connects disabled students with counselors at the university level. Through the website, children with disabilities are able to talk about problems they face with counselors without worrying about privacy. The e-counseling development also aims to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the management of counseling services at the university because it is more systematic, namely through the website.

2019 Evaluation of Character Education Strengthening Program at SMA Negeri 2 Kediri
This article aims to review the evaluation of the character strengthening Program (PPK) with models of CIPP models (Context, Input, Process, and Product). The character education reinforcement Program aims to instil the values of the nation’s character formation massively and effectively through the implementation of the key values of the national movement of the Mental revolution. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the implementation of character education strengthening at SMA Negeri 2 Kediri. This article is a result of field research using the Mixed Methods approach. Data sources obtained from principals, deputy principals, educators, and learners. The population is focused on the XI class students with a sample of 38 students while product component data is collected through questionnaires. The results showed that on the Context component, the school’s understanding of PPK was not maximized, environmental support was excellent, and the purpose of the program was obvious. The Input component indicates that the availability of human resources educators and funding sources insufficient categories. The Process component is good enough with evidence of the implementation of class-based programs. Product component Achievement Five main values of PPK students of class XI SMA Negeri 2 Kediri with the average value of a poll obtained by 78.6 shows the very good category in achieving five main values of PPK characters.

2019 Pengaruh keaktifan mengikuti kegiatan IPNU-IPPNU dan kepribadian terhadap kepemimpinan anggota IPNU-IPPNU Ranting Kuripan Kidul Pekalongan
Di era globalisasi ini banyak sekali bermunculan kegiatan yang diikuti oleh para remaja maupun pelajar baik dalam lingkup formal atau informal, yaitu organisasi informasi IPNU-IPPNU. Kepribadian dari anggota IPNU-IPPNU Ranting Kuripan Kidul Pekalongan masing-masing individu berbeda-beda, ada yang memiliki kepibadian yang menyenangkan dan kurang menyenangkan. Pengaruh organisasi IPNU-IPPNU dan berbagai kepribadian dapat dilihat dari sikap dan perilaku dari anggota IPNU-IPPNU serta kinerja pemimpin dalam organisasi. Sikap dan perilaku dari anggota IPNU-IPPNU meliputi kedisiplinan, kejujuran dan tanggung jawab, sedangkan kinerja pemimpin organisasi meliputi IPNU-IPPNU dalam kegiatan Pengkaderan yaitu MAKESTA. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Seberapa besar tingkat keaktifan mengikuti kegiatan IPNU-IPPNU, kepribadian dan kepemimpinan anggota IPNU-IPPNU Ranting Kuripan Kidul Pekalongan? (2) Seberapa besar pengaruh keaktifan mengikuti kegiatan IPNU-IPPNU terhadap kepemimpinan anggota IPNU-IPPNU Ranting Kuripan Kidul Pekalongan? 2019 Concept of George C. Edwards III on implementation of regional regulations No. 12 of 2017 concerning youth in granting youth service in West Sumatera
This study aims to reveal the implementation of Regional Regulation No.12 of 2017 concerning youth in the provision of youth services in West Sumatra as well as obstacles and efforts made in implementing policies according to the concept of George C. Edwards III in West Sumatra. Pene This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods, informants are determined purposively. The research location at the Department of Youth and Sports of West Sumatra Province, the type of data consists of primary and secondary data. Data was collected through interviews, participatory observation, documentation, and literature studies. The results of the study showed the study of the concept of George C. Edwards III's concept of the implementation of regional regulation No.12 of 2017 concerning youth in the provision of youth services in West Sumatra consisting of four results namely 1. Communication, in terms of communication has been running well, 2. Resources, in resources still running less or not maximal in the division of labor. 3. Disposition, while in the attitude of the implementer (disposition) can not be categorized as good because there are still many youth organizations that have not implemented the policy, 4. 2018 Social Media Diffusion of Google Classroom in Teaching and Learning
This study introduces the media of social diffusion through Google classroom as an alternative innovation media for teachers in instructional activities. It used qualitative approach with a development research design. Participants of the study are teachers at Senior High School UM Malang Indonesia. Data were collected using interviews and documents, and analyzed employing descriptive technique. Results indicate that that the diffusion of information through social media as well as using Google classroom application can be used effectively for instructional activities inside and outside classroom.

2018 Pengaruh Etos Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Peningkatan Ekonomi Pekerja Kuli Angkut (Manol) di UPT TPI Mayangan Kota Probolinggo
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, pengaruh etos kerja terhadap peningkatan ekonomi kuli angkut (manol) di UPT TPI Mayangan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap peningkatan ekonomi kuli angkut, untuk mengetahui pengaruh etos kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap peningkatan ekonomi kuli angkut. Data etos kerja dan disiplin kerja didapatkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 30 kuli angkut, sedangkan data peningkatan ekonomi di peroleh melalui wawancara kepada 30 kuli angkut. Data di analisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etos kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan ekonomi. Hasil pengujian lain menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap peningkatan ekonomi. Begitu juga secara simultan etos kerja dan disiplin kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh pada peningkatan ekonomi kuli angkut di UPT TPI Mayangan.

2018 Literacy Culture to Support Eco-School Program
The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation and aspects that support students' literacy culture in the implementation of eco-school programs of a particular school in Surabaya. Also, the analysis present how the school overcome the inhibiting cultural factors of students' literacy in supporting eco-school programs. Data was analyzed using interactive model through a qualitative method [1] including data condensation, displaying data, and drawing/verifying conclusions. The results of this study show that (1) the implementation of the students' literacy culture in supporting eco-school programs was based on legitimacy and allocation of time, which is about 40 minutes for routine literacy activities, and (2) the aspects supporting the students' literacy culture are leaders' commitment on the programme, role of library, role of subjects of natural science and workshop of creating handcraft.

Pembinaan dan pengembangan dilakukan melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali informasi dan menganalisis mengenai pembinaan dan pengembangan peserta didik melalui ekstrakurikuler di SMA Negeri 1 Pacet dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian di SMA Negeri 1 Pacet menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pembinaan yang diberikan terhadap peserta didik dengan tujuan mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik.
