2021 Online Learning in Digital Innovations
Students and lecturers cannot do direct learning. It is an obstacle in the delivery of material by the lecturer. The purpose of this research is to develop learning in the Digital Learning Learning Media course. This research uses development research—the model development used by ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research subjects are three experts, which include material experts, media experts, learning design experts. The subject of the product trial is students. The methods used to collect data are observation, questionnaires, and tests. The instruments used to collect data are questionnaires and test sheets. 2020 Enhancing the Concept of Numbers in Kindergarten with Graphic Media and Montessori Approachment
The background of this study by the achievement of cognitive development in this case the introduction of the concept of numbers has not been achieved. Problems that exist in group A Christian kindergarten LOGOS, when spelling out there are still children who haven't spelled out exactly, there are objects that are missed when spelling out and have not been able to show many objects in accordance with the symbol numbers, especially numbers 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, this happens because there is no media in accordance with the theme of the lesson (land animals) and the method used is still in the form of assignments. The purpose of this study is to describe the increase in children's ability to recognize the concept of numbers through the use of graphic media and three-stage learning methods in the learning process. This study uses a class action research (CAR) method which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation phase, the observation and reflection stage. The subjects of the study were children of Group A Christian LOGOS Kindergarten consisting of 17 children. Data collection techniques in this study through observation and documentation. The results of the first cycle and second cycle of research showed an increase. The results showed that the use of graphic media and three-stage learning methods can improve the ability of children to recognize the concept of numbers, especially the numbers 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 in group A children of Christian Kindergarten LOGOS.

2020 Comparison of 192 Os (p, n) 192 Ir and 192 Os (d, 2n) 192 Ir Nuclear Reactions for 192 Ir Production
Iridium-192 (192 Ir) is a radionuclide currently suggested for brachyteraphy. One of the methods employed to produce high purity 192 Ir is by irradiation of Osmium-192 (192 Os) target using cyclotron. The success of 192 Ir radionuclide production in cyclotrons requires deep understanding of irradiation parameters, including particle energy, target preparation and thickness, particle beam curent and irradiation time. Therefore, theoretical calculations of the 192 Ir radioactivity yields should be carried out as a preliminary measure for more efficient 192 Ir production. In this study, 192 Ir production was simulated using the SRIM 2013 program to determine the optimum target thickness while the nuclearcross-section data were extracted from TENDL 2017. Two nuclear reactions for 192 Ir production yield calculations were compared, ie, 192 Os (p, n) 192 Ir and 192 Os (d, 2n) 192 Ir. The radioactivity yields for 192 Os (p, n) 192 Ir nuclear reaction was found to be lower than 192 Os (d, 2n) 192 Ir reaction. For proton and deuteron energy of 30 MeV, the maximum radioactivity yield was 6.79 GBq for 192 Os (p, n) 192 Ir and 26.14 GBq for 192 Os (d, 2n) 192 Ir. Several radionuclide impurities such as 191m Ir, 190 Ir, 191 Os and 189 Re were predicted to be generated during 192 Os (p, n) 192 Ir reaction for proton incident energy between 1 and 30 MeV; meanwhile, 192 Ir, 191m Ir, 193 Os, 193m Ir, 192m Os and 191 Os radionuclides were expected to contaminate during 192 Os (d, 2n) 192 Ir reaction for deuteron energy between 1 and 30 MeV. 2020 Student Attitudes to Online Learning in Universitas Negeri Surabaya
This research aims to find out the differences in students’ attitudes towards online learning based on initial ability, education level, and gender. The study used a non-experimental quantitative design. The data is collected using a questionnaire through google form and distributed to undergraduate and postgraduate students of Surabaya State University. Data is analyzed using SPSS. The results showed that there were differences in students’ attitudes in following online learning judging by their initial abilities. Students who have high initial ability show a better attitude towards on-line learning compared to students who have low initial skills, there are differences in student attitudes in following online learning online reviewed from the level of education. Doctoral students have a better attitude compared to master’s and undergraduate students. No difference in student attitudes in following gender-reviewed online learning.

2020 Utilizing A New Technology of English Discoveries Platform in Implementation of Blended Learning to Improve English Speaking Performance
This research focused on the implementation of blended learning through the platform of English Discoveries to analyze the relationship between blended learning to take an effort to improve self-regulated learning and learning outcomes in speaking skill. This research used a qualitative approach. The subjects were 20 students of the second semester in speaking class at Muhammadiyah University of Surabaya. The result showed that the implementation of blended learning model can improve self-regulated learning and learning outcomes in speaking skill. Therefore the blended model can be implemented successfully.

The acceleration of 4.0 industrial revolution caused the development of digital era developed rapidly, therefore, learning resources can be accessed everwhere and everytime. Since the learning sources are easy to find, the teachers are required to change the learning pattern into a learning facilitator that the focus is to give the appropriate learning resources for students based on their needs. According to the results of the interviews, there is a learning problem shows that the student learning outcomes in the excretion system material for class VIII SMP in SMPN 1 Taman Sidoarjo is still low. 2020 Pengaruh project based learning terhadap kreativitas peserta didik di masa pandemi
Pandemi Covid 19 yang terjadi saat ini membawa dampak besar dalam dunia pendidikan. Sistem pembelajaran yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara tatap muka diharuskan agar dilakukan secara daring mengingat adanya aturan social distancing. Project Based Learning digunakan karena sesuai untuk pembelajaran dari rumah dan memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan kreativitas peserta didik. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 60 peserta didik kelas VIII SMPN 3 Mojokerto. Pengumpulan data dengan instrumen rubrik penilaian yang dilakukan secara daring dan teknik analisis data menggunakan Anova dua jalur. Hasil penelitian di dapatkan bahwa penilaian online terhadap kreativitas dengan model project based learning mendapatkan nilai rata rata 10, 20 lebih tinggi dari model pembelajaran konvensional dengan nilai rata rata 9, 00. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan penggunaan model project based learning dengan penilaian secara online mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik jika dibandingkan pada penggunaan model pembelajaran konvensional.

2020 MOTIVASI DAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA YANG ORANGTUANYA BEKERJA SEBAGAI TENAGA KERJA INDONESIA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pendapat anak terhadap orangtua yang bekerja sebagai TKI bagi siswa sekolah dasar dan mendeskripsikan motivasi dan prestasi belajar siswa sekolah dasar yang orangtuanya bekerja sebagai tenaga kerja indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi kasus. Dalam metode ini dibutuhkan penelitian yang mendalam terhadap suatu keadaan. Analisis data dengan proses mengumpulkan data, reduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan siswa yang ditinggalkan orangtuanya bekerja sebagai tenaga kerja Indonesia mereka menyadari bahwasannya orangtuanya tersebut bekerja untuk mencari uang demi memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari. Mereka juga mengungkapkan jika orangtuanya yaitu ibu yang bekerja tersebut berada di rumah setiap hari akan ada yang membimbingnya dalam belajar dirumah. Motivasi belajar siswa sekolah dasar senggreng 04 dan 05 yang orangtuanya bekerja sebagai Tenaga Kerja Indonesia belum menunjukan memiliki motivasi yang baik dan prestasi belajar mereka masih belum memenuhi standar ketuntasan belajar.

2020 PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN SARANA SEKOLAH TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DI KELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi belajar, dan sarana prasarana belajar terhadap hasil belajar anak kelas IV SD Inpres Oekaem. Subjek yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas IV di SD Inpres Oekaem, Desa Meusin, Kecamatan Boking, Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan-Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Sedangkan sampel penelitian adalah 40 siswa yang yang terdiri dari 2 kelas yakni kelas IV-A berjumlah 20 siswa dan kelas IV-B berjumlah 20 siswa. Adapun model analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Motivasi serta Sarana dan prasarana belajar berpengaruh terhadap pendidikan hasil belajar anak.
