Tujuan penelitian ini (1) Mengetahui pelatihan bertani organik untuk meningkatkan keterampilan (2) Mengetahui faktor pendukung pelatihan bertani organic (3) Mengetahui faktor penghambat pelatihan bertani organik. Masalahnya dampak pupuk kimia dan minimnya pengetahuan organic bagi masyarakat sehingga pengelola memberdayakan masyarakat untuk mengembangkan pertanian organic. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi partisipatif dan dokumentasi.

2019 Teaching Science to University Students with Visual Impairment
The research aims to describe the implementation of measurement experiment student worksheet for a student with visual impairment based on braille code, adapting cylinders, adapting instruction, and adapting environment learning. The research design was a descriptive case study. The study conducted on the experience of one male student with visual impairment. The student has a great ambition to understand science concept, but with little support in the regular classroom. Findings show that students with visual impairments need adjusted instruction and environment accommodation in the classroom for better science learning. Moreover, students need instruction with braille code, audio, and more tactual, also technical skill to structure practical work.

2018 EVALUASI PROGRAM PELATIHAN HANDPONE MENGGUNAKAN MODEL STAKE DI DINAS TENAGA KERJA KABUPATEN MOJOKERTO
Artikel ini berisikan tentang deskripsi dan analisis model evaluasi yang bisa memberikan gambaran secara Countenance/keseluruan meskipun pihak penyelenggara sudah mempunya standart sendiri tetapi peneliti ingin membandingkan (evaluasi) terhadap program pelatihan handpone yang ada di DISNAKER Kabupaten Mojokerto dengan standart yang ada dengan teori adalah standart teori evaluasi Model Countenance. Penelitian ini menggunkan metode kualitatif. jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi penentuan sumber data berupa purposive atau sample bertujuan. Teknik pengambilan data terdiri dari wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis datanya yaitu, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk uji keabsahaan data terdiri dari kredibilitas, dependabilitas, konfrimabilitas dan transferabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil analisi data dan pembahasan temuan penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1. Context dalam sebuah kebijakan atau dasar program pelatihan ini adalah usulan pada musyawarah pembangunan desa untuk kegiatan pelatihan handpone. 2. Proses pelatihan service handpone mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan sampai akhir sudah berjalan dengan baik, hal ini terbukti dengan tercapainya tujuan pelatihan yang telah direncanakan. Selain itu terpenuhi aspek aspek pelatihan meliputi, pengorganisasian peserta pelatihan, adanya perlangkapan yang memadai serta sarana dan prasarana yang sudah cukup baik dalam mendukung berjalannya pelatihan. 3. 2018 Encouraging Literacy in Mathematics Teaching and Learning: Junior High School Teachers’ Perspectives
School literacy program (SLP) tries to nurture the attitude of noble character to children through reading activities, since such activities are believed to become a reflective, analytical, and critical skill leading to the development of other disciplines including mathematics. Consequently program literacy needs to be applied in classroom learning by mathematics teachers. Thus, the aims of this study is to explore teachers’ perspectives toward the management of learning and teaching mathematics by involving literacy activities. Fifty-eight mathematics teachers at junior high school were invited to fill out a set of questionnaire consisting of 14 items related to literacy activities in teaching and learning mathematics. The teachers’ responses on this set of items were then analyzed by studying the tendency of whether they get used to carry out the examined activities by the items or not based on each item frequency. Generally, results indicate that all the literacy activities within the set of items have already been carried out by teachers, although not all teachers have implement it in their teaching practices. All teachers admitted to have 15-minutes habituation of reading, ask students to pose questions which relates various learning resources being read. This situation picturing potential activities to develop teachers’ professionalism in improving literacy.

2018 Transformation of Multicultural Education Management in Primary School
Transformation of multicultural education management must be considered in schools and countries. Because the conditions of different ethnic, religions, languages and cultures have potential wealth as well as problems that will arise because of it. The problems associated with this assessment relate to the functions of multicultural education management, the focus is:(1) school vision, mission, and values are transformed into multicultural education planning (2) implementation of multicultural education (3) evaluation of multicultural education. To answer three problems, the researcher uses secondary data from researchers thesis with the qualitative approach with case study design. Research findings and discussion of this journal can be concluded that:(1) vision, mission, and multicultural values are transformed into school program planning, event programs, and classroom programs.(2) Implementation based on planning with multicultural values as the spirit.(3) evaluation is divided into two evaluations management and learning, both based on democratic principles.

2018 The Effect Of Networked Model To Creative Thinking Skills In IV Grade Students Of Elementary School
Study aims to describe (1) what is networked model?, (2) what is means creative thingking skill and (3) to know the effect of networked model on the students’s creative thinking skill in IV grade TDM Kupang elementary school. The method used in this study is experiments method that is the form of one group pretest-posttest where the experiment only conducted in one group without another comparison group. Sampel in this research are thirty students elementary school of IV grade class. The data collected using study literature, test and observation. This study found out that (1) networked model is a learning model that involvement children with other learn resources who call as expert where children have chance to select learn based on their interest, (2) creative thinking is different think than usual that give unique solution to problems, (3) there is a effect of networked model on the students’s creative thinking skill in IV grade TDM Kupang.

2018 The Development of Textbooks Oriented Models of Culture Learning To Understanding Concept and Character of Elementary School Students
This research has aim to develop civic textbook oriented to Model of Meaning Learning. Its development uses ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). These textbooks were implemented at the Grade 4th Elementary School 1 Babat Lamongan using One Group Pre test and Post test design. The quality of textbooks produced include: good categorization and worthy of use, the level of legibility of Student Handbook and Student Activity Sheet categorized good While the results of learning implementation include: RPP implementation for three good categorized meetings, student activity categorized quite active, and students respond positively all the learning component of meaning. Also obtained understanding of concepts and characters have increased. The results of this study increased significantly from the value of pre-test. Based on the results and discussion of the research, it can be concluded that the textbook of Civics oriented model of meaningful learning of quality can improve understanding of the concept and character of elementary school students

2018 Influence of Experiential Learning Model Assisted Powerpoint Media to Student Concept of Understand of IV Grade Elementary School
This research is aimed to analyze the influence of apply experiential learning models supported by powerpoint media to student concept of understand on social science learning Subtema Lingkungan Tempat Tinggalku. This research included into the type pre experimental design with use pretest and posttest one group design. The research sample is using 20 elementary student on grade IVA at SDN Batuan I. Instrumen of research composed from teach material, lesson plan, worksheet, test of concept understand, questionnaire. The result of research showed validation was good started lesson plan, material teach, worksheet, test, and questionnaire. Based on the result of research can be stated that there is influence of experiential learning supported powerpoint media to student concept of understand Subtema Lingkungan Tempat Tinggalku of IV grade at elementary schools.
